Sept 2023

Sickle Cell Awareness Month this September, and Sanius Health are shining a light on key figures within the Sickle Cell community in the UK.
I spoke to them as an advocate for people living with SCD as well as an NHS employee, former teacher and avid netball player. We discussed my relationship with the condition, living with it day to day, and how to focus on the small wins.
